Our Activities

Motor Factory

Our motor factory spans 190 acres, with a vast production area of 80,000 square meters. We supply a wide range of bus and truck manufacturers, including Yutong Bus, Ankai Bus, and more, providing large-scale deliveries. With a cumulative mileage exceeding 4.4 billion kilometers, our dedication to excellence is reflected in every product we produce.

To ensure consistent quality and uniformity in mass production, our motor factory is equipped with internationally advanced automation lines for stator and rotor production, as well as automatic assembly lines for motors and controllers. We have also introduced cutting-edge gear grinding equipment for transmissions and high-precision casing processing machines. All components undergo rigorous testing using fully automated measuring instruments. Additionally, each assembly is thoroughly inspected through bench testing and road trials to meet our customers’ high-quality standards.

Electric Axle Factory

Our e-axle factory boasts advanced smart manufacturing production lines, soundproof testing chambers, and efficient production management systems. With expertise in key technologies such as DCU, EASR, IESS, IRBS, our products find extensive applications in mid-size buses, coaches, double-deckers, articulated buses, airport shuttle buses, and heavy-duty trucks.

This year, we launched a new project on a 30-acre site, aimed at creating an intelligent factory focused on the mass production of distributed drive systems. Our goal is to achieve an annual output of 20,000 distributed electric drive axle systems and 100,000 EMB units, further enhancing our global competitiveness.

Battery Factory

Our battery factory sits on 35 acres of open land and features advanced automated production lines, extensive test labs, and a dedicated R&D center. With a current capacity of 31 GWh, we are poised to increase our annual production to 44 GWh by 2024, leveraging our provent track record in large-scale manufacturing and advanced smart manufacturing capabilities.

EPS Factory

Situated across 33,000 square meters, our EPS factory boasts a substantial building area spanning 15,000 square meters. Equipped with state-of-the-art testing facilities and advanced manufacturing technology, we ensure the highest standards of quality and precision. With a monthly production capacity of approximately 10,000 units per shift, we consistently meet the evolving demands of our clients with efficiency and reliability.
