Oil-Free Electric Air Brake Compressor With Two-Stage Compression: Working Principle

  1. Filtered air flows into the air compressor through the intake pipe.
  2. Within the first-stage cylinder, the gas experiences primary compression.
  3. The primary compressed gas is cooled by the intercooler and directed into the secondary cylinder for secondary compression.
  4. Following the secondary compression, the gas is discharged from the air compressor and routed into the air storage tank through the dryer.

Our air compressors have been integrated into electric coaches, ensuring clean, stable air pressure throughout. Following installation, we rigorously tested all components reliant on air compressors on-site, observing improved functionality and heightened sensitivity. Remarkably, even after covering 27,714 kilometers, there hasn't been a single operational glitch.

These air compressors are also installed on HEV city buses. Currently, the mileage has exceeded 40,000 kilometers, and the vehicles are operating smoothly. During operation, there is no noticeable vibration from the air compressors at any position within the vehicle. Additionally, with external environmental noise excluded, the measured interior noise level during air compressor operation ranges from 50 to 55 dB.
