This system can integrate a DC/DC converter, DC/AC inverters, and a high-voltage PDU. The integrated auxiliary inverters offer exceptional control performance to meet the high-performance requirements of electric vehicle manufacturers. - The DC/DC converter transforms the high voltage from the EV traction battery into low voltage to charge the onboard battery and supply DC power to low-voltage components.
- The DC/AC inverter converts the high-voltage DC power from the EV traction battery into three-phase AC power, controlling the electric air compressor and steering pump motor to maintain proper vehicle air pressure and power steering functionality.
- The high-voltage PDU is a control component of the power supply system. It provides functions such as power distribution, current measurement, short-circuit protection, charge and discharge control, pre-charging, manual emergency stop, and insulation monitoring.
