Case Studies
Hybrid Bulldozer Project
In 2023, a leading European construction equipment manufacturer sought our expertise to enhance their hybrid bulldozer project. Their traditional fuel system was inefficient and costly, so we provided a solution with a 210/360 kW electric generator, two 120/282 kW drive motors, and controllers. By eliminating the need for a transmission and optimizing the internal combustion engine’s efficiency, we significantly reduced fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and carbon emissions. Our powertrain system now powers their bulldozers with improved performance, and we continue to support their ongoing success.
Electric Train Project
This project is about the electric train. In this project, we have supplied the PMSM electric motors. In the photo, technicians are seen installing these motors, which are designated for traction in the first carriage and propulsion in the last carriage. A successful test drive has been completed, confirming that the system operates smoothly on the train. The electric motor has a rated power of 120 kW and a peak power of 200 kW. It adopts the integrated design, saving space and improve the vehicle layout.
