Electric Bus Battery Project in Türkiye
For a key project in Türkiye, we delivered a complete EV battery solution for an electric city bus project, covering standard C battery packs, BMS, PDU, BTMS, DC chargers, and wiring harnesses.
Leveraging our engineering expertise, we provided a customized BMS, ensured seamless compatibility with charging infrastructure, and conducted joint testing to validate system performance.
From installation support to software updates and remote troubleshooting, we provided end-to-end technical service, helping our client deploy a reliable, high-performance electric bus fleet in compliance with European standards.

Electric Boat Battery Project in Spain
For our client’s electric boat project in Spain, we delivered a custom electric propulsion and battery solution, including maritime-grade battery packs, BMS, PDU, wiring harnesses, and battery racks.
In compliance with strict maritime redundancy regulations, the battery system required multiple fully independent packs (or battery groups), with complete isolation across mechanical structure, electrical architecture, thermal management, and control units.
Based on these requirements, we proposed an optimized configuration consisting of two independent battery groups, each comprising two clusters, with 10 battery modules per cluster.
The BMS adopts a three-level architecture (slave, master, and supervisory controllers) to effectively minimize cell imbalance and prevent associated risks of overcharging and over-discharging.
Electric Truck Battery Project in Australia
A client in Australia aimed to electrify its heavy-duty truck fleet to meet Australia’s national decarbonization goals and support green drilling practices. Each truck required 500 kWh, but limited chassis space restricted the use of conventional LFP packs, which could only provide 350 kWh without costly new mold development.
We proposed a blade battery solution using BYD blade battery cells and CTP technology, delivering 100 kWh per pack and achieving 500 kWh with just five packs. This compact, safe, and proven system fit within space constraints, reduced project risks, and enabled faster deployment, with our team ensuring seamless integration of the battery packs, PDU, and BTMs.

Small Electric Car Project in Türkiye
This project showcases our collaboration on a small electric car project in Türkiye, where the client was actively searching for suitable battery packs for two of their vehicle models but struggled to find a solution that met their requirements.
While the overall energy demand for the vehicle was not very high, the challenge lay in the fact that each model required a completely different battery system design, making standard off-the-shelf packs unfeasible. Leveraging our engineering expertise, we designed and supplied customized EV battery systems tailored to the specifications of both models, ensuring optimized performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
In addition to the battery pack, we also provided the OBC, DC/DC converter, and the e-powertrain system, enabling the client to source all critical EV systems through a unified solution. To guarantee reliability and smooth integration, our engineering team performed rigorous integration tests before shipment.
