Standard LFP Battery Solution
Our standard LFP battery solutions are designed for safety, reliability and durability. These solutions address a wide range of applications, including public transit, mass transit, urban delivery, shuttles, special needs transportation, trucking, and various other scenarios.
Key Features
The high integration includes comprehensive and highly reliable active safety features, such as integrated harnesses, aluminum bars, temperature sensors, as well as all-around features like internal pressure, explosion-proof valves, electrolyte detection, and BMS acquisition boards in the battery pack. This results in a space savings of 5% – 10%.
The insulation resistance between adjacent aluminum bars and between aluminum bars and temperature sensors meets the 2000V insulation resistance standard. The insulation resistance between aluminum bars and PC modules meets the 6000V insulation resistance standard. This significantly reduces the risk of accidents caused by traditional harness insulation aging, breakage, and short circuits.
Improves overall PACK production efficiency, saving costs. Standardized products greatly simplify the assembly production process, ensuring product quality.
BMS Advantages
Equipeed with a heating and cooling system, our BMS can operate efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from -35°C to 45 °C.
Our BMS ensures high-precision State of Charge (SOC) with an error of ≤3%, and accurate State of Health (SOH) assessments with a battery cell health error of ≤5%.
The BMS utilizes high-speed daisy chain communication, offering a superior data transmission rate, lower power consumption, enhanced stability in communication, and robust anti-interference capability. This makes it well-suited for specialized working environments such as airports.

Our blade battery solutions address a wide range of commercial vehicle applications. With 19 different EV battery pack options, we seamlessly address the diverse needs of the commercial vehicle market, from minivans to trucks and buses.
Key Features
7 safety test dimensions: internal short circuit, external short circuit, overcharge, collision, high pressure, connections and hazardous gases, 5 safety assessment perspectives: electrical safety, mechanical safety, thermal safety, environmental safety, and gas flammability. Safety testing and verification is based on complex conditions and the entire lifespan.
High environmental temperature adaptability: utilizing a wide temperature range efficient heat pump system and direct battery cooling and heating technology, ensuring that the battery pack can quickly raise its operating temperature in low temperatures to meet driving requirements.
